Referring to my earlier email dated 11 September 2014 on "Message from Coordinator (Research)(Sem. Sept 14-Jan 15)", please be reminded that Faculty of Accountancy will be organizing four (4) seminars for the postgraduate (research) students in the month of October 2014. The details of the seminars are as follows: 

      Seminar 1: Speed Reading and Brain-Booster Modules

      Speaker: Jessica Dang (Learning Hub Asia)

      Date: 16-17 October 2014 (Thursday-Friday)

      Time: 9.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m.

      Number of participants: Maximum of 20 pax 

      Seminar fees (normal rate): RM 1950 per pax (We managed to get a special rate: RM 2400 for 20 pax)

      Venue: Sumber Ikhlas, Level 12, Menara SAAS

      (Breakfast, lunch and tea will be provided)

   

      Seminar 2: Data Analysia Using SPSS (Intermediate Level)

      Speaker: Prof Madya Dr Zuraidah Mohd Sanusi (FACT)

      Date: 20 October 2014 (Monday)

      Time: 9.00 a.m. - 5.00 pm

      Venue: Lab (1130), Level 11, Menara SAAS

      (Breakfast, lunch and tea will be provided)

 

      Seminar 3: Analysis of Questionnaire and Survey Data (Multivariate   Statistical Techniques)

      Speaker: Dr Shamshuritawati Sharif (UUM)

      Date: 21-22 October 2014 (Tuesday-Wednesday)

      Time: 9.00 a.m. - 5.00 pm

      Venue: Lab (1130), Level 11, Menara SAAS

      (Breakfast, lunch and tea will be provided)

      Note: Due to unforeseen circumstances, the above seminar which was earlier scheduled on 13 and 14 October 2014 has to be rescheduled to  

      21 and 22 October 2014 

      Seminar 4: Motivational Talk (Surviving a PhD)

      Speaker: Prof Dr Ibrahim Kamal Abdul Rahman (FACT)

      Date: 31 October 2014 (Friday)

      Time: 9.00 a.m. - 12.00 noon

      Venue: Sumber Ikhlas, Level 12, Menara SAAS
