[ STUDENT REPRESENTATIVE COMMITTEE VOTING PROCEDURES (ONLINE) 2021/2022 ]


Referring to the above, this poll will be open on 21 & 22 December 2021 (Tuesday & Wednesday).  Therefore, it is hoped that all students can cooperate to vote for JPP 2021/2022 candidates within the stipulated time.  Students can vote starting December 21 as early as 8.00 am and will end December 22 at 6.00 pm.

The voting procedures are as follows:

1) STEP 1
Log into MyStudent (by using Student UiTM Gmail or i-Student Portal)

2) STEP 2 
Click on JPP Voting (UNDIAN) button

3)STEP 3
Only students who fulfill the checklist and agree with the DECLARATION can vote.

Click the Vote Now (UNDI SEKARANG) button, your candidate’s information will be displayed.  

4) STEP 4 
Select your candidate by clicking in the space provided (minimum 1 candidate, maximum 2 candidates)

If you would like to change your candidate selection, please (UNTICK) the selected candidate and click the (OK) button. 

Press (SEND) if you are sure of your preferred candidate.

3)    Proof of English editing

4)    Turnitin Report: similarity rate <30%

        (including word count: Word Count: 15,000 - 30,000)

ACADEMIC CALENDAR FOR POSTGRADUATE STUDENT SEMESTER OCTOBER 2021 - FEBRUARY 2022 (UPDATE)

 Assalamu'alaikum wbt,

Please be informed that there are some amendments to the PG Academic Calendar for the October 2021 semester.

IPSis received many complaints regarding students not being able to register for courses for Coursework students. The review of the academic calendar with BHEA informed that the registration date for the Course is from 4 October 2021 until 24 October 2021.

This calendar has been uploaded on a previously extended link. Please refresh and extend to all students involved. Sorry for the inconvenient caused.
