ETHICS SUBMISSION YEAR 2022

For the year 2022, the deadline for submitting the application form to obtain the Research Ethics approval is as follows:

August	14th July 2022

December	17th November 2022

Students are advised to submit the required documents soonest possible. Failure to submit all required documents early may cause delays in the approval process (leading to a further delay in data collection, and submission of dissertation on time).

[ STUDENT REPRESENTATIVE COMMITTEE VOTING PROCEDURES (ONLINE) 2021/2022 ]

Referring to the above, this poll will be open on 21 & 22 December 2021 (Tuesday & Wednesday).  Therefore, it is hoped that all students can cooperate to vote for JPP 2021/2022 candidates within the stipulated time.  Students can vote starting December 21 as early as 8.00 am and will end December 22 at 6.00 pm.

The voting procedures are as follows:

1) STEP 1

Log into MyStudent (by using Student UiTM Gmail or i-Student Portal)

2) STEP 2 

Click on JPP Voting (UNDIAN) button

3)STEP 3

Only students who fulfill the checklist and agree with the DECLARATION can vote.

Click the Vote Now (UNDI SEKARANG) button, your candidate’s information will be displayed.  

4) STEP 4 

Select your candidate by clicking in the space provided (minimum 1 candidate, maximum 2 candidates)

If you would like to change your candidate selection, please (UNTICK) the selected candidate and click the (OK) button. 

Press (SEND) if you are sure of your preferred candidate.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING CHECKLIST FOR THE SUBMISSION OF THE MASTERS DISSERTATION FOR SEMESTER OCT 2021

 1)    Submission Form A (please download the latest version in the postgraduate Blogspot): https://drive.google.com/file/d/1R61eDR3cENcjz8P09Z1TPl6sa9wtkbzl/view

 2)    Dissertation

3)    Proof of English editing

4)    Turnitin Report: similarity rate <30%

        (including word count: Word Count: 15,000 - 30,000)

Must be done by Supervisor

*Note 1:

The softcopies for Item No. 1 - 4 need to be upload to  https://forms.gle/vt5rgHDw37AMVMoP7 

*Note 2:

The dissertation softcopy (No.2) need to be sent in PDF (for examiners' review purpose, please take out the acknowledgement page)
