 2)    Dissertation

3)    Proof of English editing

4)    Turnitin Report: similarity rate <30%

        (including word count: Word Count: 15,000 - 30,000)

*Note 1:

The softcopies for Item No. 1 - 4 need to be upload to  https://forms.gle/KgzRhurpizDEPtn78 

*Note 2:

The dissertation softcopy (No.2) need to be sent in PDR (for examiners' review purpose, please take out the acknowledgement page)

*Note 3:

Please send in the softcopy only
