IMPORTANT: Meeting with the Dean (Semester 8 and above PhD Students)

As salam and good day to ALL,

 

With regard to the above, please be informed that all PhD students which are in semester 8 and above (Full Time and Part Time) are required to attend a meeting with the Dean which will be held as follows:

        Date: 11 June 2013 (Tuesday)

Time: 10 a.m.

Venue: Meeting Room, Level 12, Menara SAAS

 

Attendance is COMPULSORY (not optional) and your attendance will be recorded. As such, you need to directly send a show cause letter to the Dean in advance concerning any event that may cause your absence.
